To the participators of the 5th International Communist Seminary

Dear friends!

The Central Comity of the Communist party of Tajikistan congratulates all participators of the International Communist Seminary, which is organised for the 15^th time on the initiative of the Belgian Party of Labour.

With its work, with questions putting forward for discussion, the seminary became a traditional forum for the exchange of opinions about present-day problems of socialism, of the international communist, labour and national-liberation movement, and of contemporary social-political problems.

The seminaries contributed to the elaboration of the strategy and tactics of the anti-imperialistic struggle of the people against the American globalization, in the unity and the solidness of the forces that stand up for socialism, peace and progress.

We wish the participators of the seminary a fruitful seminary.
