On the occasion of the opening of the 15^th International Communist Seminar on the subject "Impact of the Communist International on the founding and development of the communist parties in particular countries", "Exchange of detail experiences of Party work in the working class, and youth", on behalf of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party we would like to convey our sincere congratulations and best wishes to the delegates of this Seminar.

This International Communist Seminar is one of the important activities of the political life of the Communist, the Workers and progressive Parties in the world. We highly value and appreciate your Party's contribution to organize such meeting every year.
