Dear delegates of the Communist and Worker's Parties
Dear Comrades!

At first we would like to direct our thanks to the Belgium Worker's
Party for their invitation to attend the International meeting in
Brussels. Though our party had not the possibility to send their
delegate to hte meeting, we highly value the annual seminars of the
Marxist-Leninist parties. We thus greet all the Party Delegates and
the Seminar and wish its work best success.
