Conference of communist and workers ‘ parties in solidarity with Democratic People ‘s Republic of Korea

The world communist and workers ‘parties gathered in Brussels this 4 May 2004 unequivocally condemn the aggressive and war manoeuvres of the US imperialists against the DPR of Korea.
The aggressive war moves of the US imperialists poses serious threat to the world peace today.
At present, the situation on the Korean peninsula has reached dangerous stage due to the hostile policy of the US imperialist against the DPR of Korea.
The US imperialist has rigged up aggressive war plan so-called "New Operation Plan 5026" and massively deploying sophisticated weaponry to South Korea talking about "option for use of force" to make DPR Korea to first to abandon its nuclear and at the same time wages large scale military exercises aimed at pre-emptive strike on DPR of Korea.
What draws serious attention is the massive deployment of aggressive forces including the deployment of a destroyer equipped with Aegis combat system around the Korean peninsula by the US imperialist.
The United States often talks about "dialogue" and "peaceful settlement" of the nuclear issue, but it accelerates the preparation of "2nd Korean War" behind the curtain and it has now exceeded the dangerous line.
The world communist and workers parties can not but to be serious about it.
The DPR of Korea has an outstanding Songun revolutionary leadership of the great leader Kim Jong Il and ever-victorious strong army who could defeat any aggressors at once.
Peacefully solving the nuclear issue between the DPR of Korea and the United States through dialogue is consistent principled position of the DPR of Korea.
But the DPR of Korea will neither compromise nor tolerate to the demands of US to "abandon nuclear first" and to its moves to stifle the system and to disarm, instead the DPR Korea will respond with ultra hard line.
The independent and peaceful reunification of Korea is the cherished desire of the entire Korean people in the North as well as in the South.
The policy of reunification of Korea initiated but the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung, carried on by the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il and put into practice with the historic North-South summit of 15 June 2000, has proved to be completely correct and has brought its first successes.
The world communist and workers parties are firmly convinced that entire Korean people in the North and South will realise an independent, peaceful reunification according to the June 15 North South joint declaration the grand program of national reunification.
Preserving peace and realising reunification on the Korean peninsula is directly linked with peace and stability in Asia.
Therefore, we extend firm solidarity to Korean people in their struggle for the peace and stability on the Korean peninsula.
We, the participants of the meeting, calls to all the peace loving people around the world to extend firm solidarity to the just struggle of Korean people.
