Dear Comrades,

Unfortunately due several appointments already assumed by the leadership of PCdoB it will not be possible send a representative to attend the International Communist Seminar in Brussels, from 2^nd to 4^th May, 2004. (ICS 2004), as would be our will.

I’m sure the Seminar will be successful and I would be very much pleased if you could send us the resolutions of this important event that will improve the debate of our common interests issues.

I wish the relations between our parties be deeper and even reinforced.
